Return & Refund Policy – Loose Gemstones
We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that every gemstone you purchase is authentic, certified, and carefully inspected. Because loose gemstones are high-value items, we have a clear policy to ensure fairness and trust for both our customers and our business.1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery.
- The gemstone must be in its original condition — unworn, unmounted, and unaltered.
- The original gemological certificate (e.g., GIA, GRS, IGI, or equivalent) and all packaging must be returned with the gem.
- Gems that have been damaged, chipped, scratched, or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders (e.g., gems mounted into jewelry at customer request).
- Gems that have been resized, engraved, or altered in any way post-purchase.
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned gemstone is received, it will undergo a verification and inspection by our in-house gemologist.
- Approved returns will be processed within 10 business days from the date the gemstone is received.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and we strongly recommend using a fully insured, trackable courier service.
4. Exchange Policy
- Customers may choose to exchange their gemstone for another of equal or greater value (subject to availability).
